Hello, my name is Eric Falcinella.

Eric Falcinella has over 20 years’ experience leading teams. Eric began his career in the corporate world where he lead many teams to successful outcomes. After 13 years (2010), Eric made the decision to transition into full-time ministry and has been working at Saddleback Church in a variety of different leadership roles.

He is currently the Campus Pastor at the Saddleback San Clemente campus that averages 1,000 weekly attenders. Eric is passionate about developing people and he loves talking about leadership as well as creating motivational content
